1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phkoy account. You agree to notify phkoy's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. phkoy reserves the right to close accounts and withhold any funds associated with accounts based on false registrations, subject to PAGCOR guidelines on fund handling.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PHP Transactions

All financial transactions on the phkoy platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phkoy does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

You may also request the voluntary closure of your phkoy account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

In the event of account suspension under investigation, phkoy may withhold your balance pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes in your favor, your balance will be returned in full.
